Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't we accept returns?

Due to health or hygiene reasons jewelry items are not accepted as returns or exchanges. We can't tell if a person used the item and then resealed the package for a return.

Where are you located?

Our small family business is located in Mebane, NC.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer.

Why is my shipping delayed during the Spring and Summer?

I am traveling at different trade shows, fairs and events all over the United States, this is my busy month.
